the Proposal

Mary-Ann van Roosmalen was visiting me while on vacation. She is from Holland. The second day she was here we were at a place called Trolley Square and just walking around looking at shops, there was a jewelry store and she asked if I would mind going in, she wanted to compare prices between America and Holland. After walking in a salesman approached us and asked if we were looking for rings. We looked at each other and I said, "Yes, I guess we are."
We left the store engaged to each other. Ten months later we were married.
